The Mission : AI-Driven Monetization

In this high-impact, hands-on role, you will be the bridge between product innovation and commercial success. Reporting directly to the VP, Monetization, you will leverage AI, automation, and predictive analytics to fundamentally redesign how we monetize. This is a strategic, analytical, and operational challenge where your work directly impacts revenue, profitability, and customer adoption.

  • Architect Our Pricing Strategy
  • Monetization Redesign : Lead the development and refinement of pricing and packaging models, with a laser focus on AI-enabled and usage-based monetization.
  • Predictive Insight : Be our competitive edge by applying AI and machine learning tools to rapidly accelerate customer, competitive, and market analysis, providing insights our competitors can't match.
  • Value Modeling : Partner closely with Product and Finance to model the multi-million-dollar revenue, margin, and adoption impacts of our disruptive AI-driven offerings.
  • Drive Operational Excellence with Automation
  • AI-Powered Optimization : Maintain and enhance critical pricing models and deal calculators, integrating AI-powered optimization to ensure accuracy and speed in a fast-moving market.
  • Sales Enablement : Transform AI insights into actionable, high-value enablement materials for our global Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams, giving them the tools to win.
  • Performance Analytics : Go beyond reportinguse predictive analytics to anticipate discounting risks and elasticity challenges, steering our performance proactively.
  • Lead Commercial Readiness for New Products
  • Launch Strategy : Take ownership of the monetization strategy and pricing readiness for all new, groundbreaking AI-driven products.
  • Full-Cycle Readiness : Lead the coordination across RevOps, Finance, Legal, and Sales to flawlessly operationalize new SKUs and packaging, ensuring a seamless, audit-ready global launch.

What You Bring to the Table :

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, with demonstrated use of AI / ML or automation in pricing or monetization.
  • Strong ability to move fluidly between strategy and execution. Experience in SaaS pricing, finance, business operations, or deal desk.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, able to translate AI insights into clear recommendations.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, late-stage startup environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, SQL or GTM systems.
  • Direct exposure to usage-based or AI-driven pricing models.
  • Familiarity with AI / ML platforms for forecasting, segmentation, or price optimization.

    If required for this role, you will :

  • Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter
  • Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security / Privacy Policies and Procedures such as :
