SECURITY OFFICER

Dedicated Officer

Post Location : New Port Richey, Palm Harbor, Land O' Lakes and Spring Hill areas.

Schedule : Part-time; 8-Hour shifts on weekends and holidays required.

Pay Rate : $15 / hr

Requirements : Florida Class D unarmed security guard license required (no exceptions); Ability to effectively communicate and enforce pool rules. Ability to write a report with proper grammar.

Position Summary : A Signal Dedicated Officer will conduct static security services for courtyards, offices, pools, and other high value areas to ensure all required access points are properly secured and to ensure protection of property and residents with a high degree of attentiveness to details and safety. All duties listed below are minimum requirements additional duties listed in the site's Post Orders are requirements as well.
