This is a remote position.

Summary : This position assists with various audit projects to complete the Internal Audit Plan. The Senior Auditor performs all phases of an audit, including planning, execution, and reporting, and identifies opportunities to strengthen internal controls and mitigate risks. This role is also responsible for communicating identified issues with management and ensuring any issues are addressed promptly and effectively. This position reports to the VP, Sr. Audit Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Understands and complies with the requirements of all laws and regulations applicable to position
• Maintains knowledge of and complies with Bank policies, procedures, and regulations that govern job responsibilities and audit specific policies and procedures
• Assists IA management with all phases of assigned audits which will include audit conclusions. This will include performing fieldwork with a co-sourced Provider and completing work papers that clearly describe the audit work performed, test results, and any noted control exceptions in adherence to the Audit Policy and Manual.
• Provides regular status updates to applicable management and the VP, Audit Manager
• Perform follow-up on issues / recommendations with management and perform validation, and transactional testing, where applicable, to confirm action plans have been effectively implemented
• Prioritize daily responsibilities and prepare routine project status reports, as requested
• Maintain audit independence and objectivity in all assignments and adhere with the internal auditing standards and all organizational and professional ethics standards
• Performs other duties as assigned

Salary Range : The salary range budgeted for this position represents the Company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting.
