Role Summary : As a Manufacturing Robotics Engineer, under the guidance of the Director of CIP and Automation, you will play a pivotal role in harnessing data insights from manufacturing procedures, striving for utmost operational efficacy and informed automation strategies.

Your Mission

  • Explore avenues for process automation by scrutinizing current production models.
  • Strategize, deploy, and refine automated systems for superior efficiency.
  • Collaborate for the seamless fusion of next-gen technologies into existing frameworks.
  • Conduct thorough feasibility assessments and financial evaluations for prospective projects.
  • Document processes meticulously and standardize operating procedures.
  • Continuously monitor automation performance, refining for improvements.
  • Lead team training on automation tech, offering persistent assistance.
  • Anticipate and implement industry trends for competitive advantage.
  • Design intuitive dashboards that track progress through KPIs.
  • Analyze production metrics for pattern recognition and enhancement opportunities.

Your Expertise

  • Minimum education background : Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a similar field.
  • Five years of relevant industrial experience or equivalent.
  • Successful history of converting traditional manufacturing methods to automated processes.
  • Strong command of automation tools : PLCs, robotics, etc.
  • Experience with CAD and related engineering software.
  • Six Sigma Certification is advantageous.
