  • Patient Demopgraphics : Adults only
  • Physician in Practice : 1
  • Support Staff : 3 Techs, 1 Procedural Scheduler, 2 Medical Office Rep
  • Required Procedures :
  • Anterior Segment (Cataract removal), Glaucoma, Posterior Segment (Vitreo retinal procedures & Intra-ocular injections)
  • Adnexa & Post-Op Mgmt (1st Day, Cataract & Lasik)
  • Eye Examnination (Pathology, Refraction, Color Deficiency & Eye Coordination)
  • Prescriptive : Eyeglasses, Contacts, Medications-Topical
  • No. of Exam Rooms : 2
  • EMR : Epic
  • Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements :

  • Active CA License
  • BC
  • BLS
  • Glaucoma certification
  • Local (preferred)
