Job descriptionReview and check standard structural design calculations. Perform structural analysis and design of standard bridge components using analysis software. Develop preliminary details using CAD software and provide information to CAD technicians for development of contract plans. Provide information for design reports. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including field inspections and construction serviceassignments. Communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing. Prepare project-related documents and internal correspondence. Perform and check quantity take-offs from contract plans. Review and check drawings. Use engineering analysis software such as LUSAS, RISA-3D, LEAP Bridge, AutoCAD, MicroStation, AutoCAD, etc. Able to learn and correctly apply relevant design specifications, including : AASHTO, AREMA, AISC, ACI, etc. Salary ranges are subject to change based on Geographic Location and total years of related experience Colorado State Salary Required Posting : The Littleton CO office is Looking for a Summer 2024 Intern - contact Jamie Kibler, Recruiting Coordinate at JLKibler@modjeski.com if you have any questions

Entry Level
Ideal candidate will have 0-4 years of related Bridge Design or Civil Engineering Design experience.
Educational Requirements
- A minimum of a BS degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET accredited college or university.
- E.I.T preferred but not required.
Responsibilities :
Level of Supervision will vary depending on years of related experience.
Salary Range specific for Colorado State Office Location :
For Current open Entry Level Engineer, salary range in Colorado is between $69,000 and $80,000
