Job Duties : Exemplifies the image of "ALOHA" while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures. Supports the Engineering Manager in maintaining the property in compliance with State and Federal regulations. Oversees a variety of maintenance tasks and responsible for maintaining the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition. Trade or Vocation School graduate desired. 2-5 years of work experience in building maintenance is required. Work experience within the hotel industry is preferred. Working knowledge of one or more trades desired (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, A / C refrigeration, landscaping) depending on the individual property needs.
