LPN Sign-On Bonus : $1,800 (paid out quarterly)

Referral Bonus Program :

• $300 for Full-Time hires
• $150 for Part-Time hires

(paid after 60 days of employment)

Your Role as an LPN :

As a Licensed Practical Nurse , you'll lead your care team in providing total, resident-centered care. Working closely with Nurse Managers and interdisciplinary teams, you'll ensure that each resident's care plan is followed with compassion, professionalism, and heart .
