Express Employment has partnered with a small family-owned company in the Frederic area. We are recruiting tabletop Injection Molding Machine Operators.

Job Duties Include :

• Loading plastic pellets into the hopper of the injection molding machine
• Setting up and operating the injection molding machine according to production specifications
• Monitoring the molding process and making adjustments as needed
• Removing molded parts from the machine and inspecting them for quality
• Assembling molded parts together using small tools and machines
• Packaging finished products according to customer specifications
• Keeping work area clean and organized
• Dexterity and hand-eye coordination, seated position
• Attention to detail
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• The ability to follow instructions and learn new things quickly

1st Shift : Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm, $14 / hour

2nd Shift : Monday-Friday, 3pm-11pm, $14 / hour
