About The Position

Position Summary :

We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented X-Ray Technologists to join our Radiology team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using advanced radiographic equipment, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and delivering accurate imaging results. Candidates should be comfortable working in operating rooms and proficient with C-arm operation.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform and deliver imaging procedures in compliance with federal, state, and professional standards.

Operate and maintain imaging equipment including C-arm and other radiographic systems.

Ensure patient safety, proper positioning, and comfort throughout imaging procedures.

Monitor and assess the need for revisions to procedures to optimize efficiency and image quality.

Coordinate and document daily imaging schedules and assist with procedure flow.

Perform quality checks and troubleshooting on imaging equipment.

Participate in on-call responsibilities and weekend rotations as required by the shift.

Maintain clear communication with clinical staff and ensure timely and accurate documentation.

Adhere to HIPAA and infection control protocols.

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an X-Ray Technologist.

Proficient in operating imaging equipment and working within surgical / OR settings using a C-arm.

Strong knowledge of trends in imaging technology, healthcare informatics, and clinical best practices.

Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments.

Education & Certification Requirements :

Graduate of an accredited Radiography program.

Active New Jersey Radiologic Technologist License.

ARRT Certification (R) – Required.

BLS Certification – Preferred.
