Compensation Range

Hourly : $20.90 - $26.90 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

About This Job

The purpose of this job is to support Commercial Contract and Business Card clients in a variety of ways including assisting with the underwriting of new applications and contracts, account setup and maintenance, product changes, contract modifications, pricing changes, and account validation / quality control.

Essential Functions

• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers and collaborate with business partners
• Respond accurately to external and internal customers questions / requests via phone / email while maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Notify clients within a timely manner to ensure there are no missed deadlines or customer impact
• Assist with the processing of set-up forms and verification for a wide variety of products
• Identify and recommend process improvements to current workflows / processes
• Validate the accuracy of data for clients to the system of record to ensure all required documentation is collected for account setup
• Perform other duties as assigned
