About the Opportunity
Based in Greater Portland / Vancouver, WA (98682), this role focuses on residential service and installation with occasional commercial assignments. You’ll be the trusted expert who diagnoses issues, recommends solutions, and delivers high-quality work—every time.
Core Responsibilities
Perform diagnostics, sales consultation, installation, repair, and maintenance of residential plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, appliances).Complete routine inspections to prevent failures and extend system life.Partner with homeowners to understand needs and provide outstanding customer care.Comply with all local codes, state regulations, and safety practices.Document work performed, materials used, and recommendations with accuracy.Coach apprentices and junior team members when needed.Qualifications
Journeyman Plumbing License : Washington and Oregon (active and in good standing).Minimum 5 years as a licensed journeyman in residential service.Strong problem-solving; able to work independently and within a team.Clear, professional communication with customers and coworkers.Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in diverse conditions.Quality-focused and detail-driven approach to every task.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Preferred Expertise
Advanced plumbing fundamentals across home systems.Knowledge of wastewater treatment considerations.Shower enclosure installation experience.What to Expect
