About the Opportunity

Based in Greater Portland / Vancouver, WA (98682), this role focuses on residential service and installation with occasional commercial assignments. You’ll be the trusted expert who diagnoses issues, recommends solutions, and delivers high-quality work—every time.

Core Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics, sales consultation, installation, repair, and maintenance of residential plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, appliances).
  • Complete routine inspections to prevent failures and extend system life.
  • Partner with homeowners to understand needs and provide outstanding customer care.
  • Comply with all local codes, state regulations, and safety practices.
  • Document work performed, materials used, and recommendations with accuracy.
  • Coach apprentices and junior team members when needed.

    • Qualifications

  • Journeyman Plumbing License : Washington and Oregon (active and in good standing).
  • Minimum 5 years as a licensed journeyman in residential service.
  • Strong problem-solving; able to work independently and within a team.
  • Clear, professional communication with customers and coworkers.
  • Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in diverse conditions.
  • Quality-focused and detail-driven approach to every task.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

    • Preferred Expertise

  • Advanced plumbing fundamentals across home systems.
  • Knowledge of wastewater treatment considerations.
  • Shower enclosure installation experience.
