Registered Nurse - Long Term Care\n\nLocation\n\nHawaii\n\nAssignment Duration\n\nThis is a 13-week contract position.\n\nSchedule\n\nVaried shift scheduling of 8-hour shifts : Days from 0730 to 1530, Evenings from 1500 to 2330, and Nights from 2300 to 0730. This includes weekends and holidays, with mandatory overtime rotation that may be required.\n\nJob Description\n\nQualified candidates will be part of a long-term care facility on-site at a hospital, responsible for a variety of patient care tasks. Candidates must possess a valid Hawaii nursing license by the start of the assignment.\n\nResponsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and perform treatments as required.\n
• Administer medications and manage notifications to MD / NP regarding pertinent patient information.\n
• Assist in the admitting and discharging process.\n
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).\n
• Care for gastrostomy tubes and urinary catheters.\n
• Perform nebulizer treatments and manage wound vac care.\n
