We are currently seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing facility.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Help with mobility and ensure residents are safe and comfortable during transfers.
- Document care provided and any changes in residents' conditions in accordance with facility policies.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents and their families.
- Assist with infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with nursing staff to create and implement care plans.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Fresh or newly licensed CNAs are welcomeExperienced CNA is preferredExperience in a skilled nursing facility / long-term care / senior care is a plusValid and active CNA license in the state of CaliforniaMust have an active BLS through the American Heart AssociationMust have an active CPR CertificationIs in good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards is requiredInterest in working with the geriatric populationStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Compassionate and caring attitude towards residents and their families.WHAT WE OFFER : We value our team members and provide a supportive and enriching work environment.
