Job descriptionEmployee Discounts and Perks Career Advancement Opportunities Work / Life Balance NO Sundays, Holidays or Evenings Paid ASE Certification Provide outstanding customer service Generate sales in store and over the phone Explain the features and benefits of multiple tire products, tire related services and automotive services Partner with Service Department on vehicle maintenance inspection results Recommend services and create estimates based on inspections performed A mindset to continuously learn new technical information in order to stay on top of the rapidly changing automotive industry Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment Have a positive attitude and be team-oriented Job training (ASE, etc.) Must have a valid drivers license Demonstrated customer service skills Proven sales experience in tires and complete car care Self-motivated individual who enjoys teamwork and is looking for an opportunity to advance in the automotive industry
