• Position Summary :

The Resident Care Manager is responsible for overseeing clinical care and nursing operations on their assigned floor. This role is ideal for a strong, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, promotes teamwork, and supports nursing staff with training and mentorship.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Oversee the day-to-day clinical care of assigned residents
• Complete assessments, care plans, and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to new and current nursing staff
• Cover open floor shifts as needed to ensure resident care continuity
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement resident-centered care plans
• Respond to clinical emergencies and assist with on-call responsibilities during assigned weekends
• Maintain effective communication with families, residents, and staff
• Requirements :
• Current RN / LPN license in the state of Washington
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred
• Proven ability to lead and work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Willingness to assist with basic nursing duties as needed
• Reliable and flexible, with a proactive and positive attitude

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
