Senior Project Manager Healthcare Financial Interiors
This role will serve as the primary point of contact for Boston operations, overseeing projects and leading local teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong estimating skills, market experience, and leadership capabilities. Responsibilities :
- Manage full-cycle project delivery from preconstruction to closeout
- Estimate and budget projects independently
- Lead client relationships and subcontractor coordination
- Oversee corporate interiors and banking fit-outs (healthcare experience a plus)
- Collaborate with Amesbury-based PMs and field teams
- Ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence
- Support business development and market expansion in Boston

The successful applicant :
Has 7-10 years of experience in commercial constructionHas a background in banking, corporate interiors, or healthcare projectsHas strong estimating skills and familiarity with ProcoreHas local market knowledge and subcontractor relationships preferredIs able to work full-time from the Amesbury office and visit project sitesHas leadership experience and ability to mentor junior staffWhat's on offer :
