Administrative Specialist II - Culture, Parks, & Recreation Administration

Job Opportunity

The Administrative Specialist II position is vital to support the Department, and the Administration, Recreation, Culture / Public Arts / Museums divisions within the Culture, Parks and Recreation Department, and also work directly with the Special Events Coordinator as the main support.

Experience, Knowledge, Skills :

• 1-3 years customer service experience required;
• 1-3 years administrative support experience required;
• High School diploma or equivalent required;
• Knowledge of Microsoft office required;
• Valid driver's license and good driving record required;
• RecTrac software knowledge preferred.
