Certified Pharmacy Technician

Location : Plano, TX | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

  • $19.00–$21.00 / hour
  • Mon–Thurs 8 : 30am–5 : 00pm; Fri 8 : 30am–4 : 00pm

ROLE IMPACT : Support pharmacy operations by managing fulfillment, packaging, and inventory tasks that ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance. This role helps maintain accuracy and efficiency in a high-volume, fast-paced environment critical to patient care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Fill prescriptions, pack medication orders, and operate PARTA dispensing machines
  • Stock freezer with gel packs and rotate inventory, including cycle counts and pulling expired items
  • Maintain organized, labeled shelves and ensure all supplies are properly faced
  • Assist in cross-training across multiple fulfillment areas

    • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Active Texas State Board of Pharmacy License
  • Comfortable standing and moving throughout an 8-hour+ shift
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, multitasking environment
  • 1+ year of pharmacy, healthcare, or fulfillment experience preferred

  • PARTA pharmacy automation systems
  • Barcode scanners
  • Labeling and packing tools
  • Inventory control systems

    • PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Fast-paced production or pharmacy background
  • Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
  • Adaptability across roles and tasks
