If so, we're searching for a Software Engineer to work with a team of other software engineers, network and systems engineers to design, implement, and deploy software which meet customer's requirements, scales easily, removes the limitations of traditional networking solutions, and supports deployment in highly available environments. The Software Engineer participates and leads in architecture and design of various software components focused on creating applications that leverage technologies such as virtualization, micro services technologies. They work on technical assignments that are semi routine or greenfield in nature but recognizes that need for occasional deviation from accepted practice. They normally follow established procedures on routine work and require instructions only on new assignments. As a Software Engineer, you will design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions that meet business needs. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products, drive innovation, and continuously improve development processes.

Job Responsibilities :

Technical Engineering Services :

• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs, ensuring compliance with best practices and standards.
• Use Linux command line tools to handle and troubleshoot applications.
• Work with structured data formats including JSON and XML; understand and apply XSD and YAML where necessary.
• Integrate and support systems using SOAP or REST and related standards.
• Collaborate on API documentation using Swagger.
• Build and maintain message-driven architectures using Kafka.
• Manage codebases and collaborate effectively using Git.
• Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues in a timely manner.

Base Pay Range : $92,500 - $166,800

Corporate Bonus Target : 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
