Pharmaceutical Technician

Location: Winchester, KY

Pay:
-Day Shift $ 16.80/hour
-Night Shift: $ 18.40/hour
-Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts

Position Overview

Adecco is hiring Manufacturing Pharmaceutical Technicians for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in Winchester, KY. In this role, you will be responsible for producing pharmaceutical products according to strict quality and safety standards. This includes weighing, transferring, mixing, and processing raw materials, as well as cleaning production rooms and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety and compliance requirements, including PPE and cGMP standards.
• Weigh and transfer materials using calibrated scales.
• Assemble and disassemble machinery using hand tools.
• Complete documentation accurately (batch records, cleaning logs).
• Perform detailed cleaning of production suites and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and assist in training new employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or food manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Comfortable working in a regulated environment with strict SOPs.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and maneuver drums up to 150 kg.
• Frequent standing, bending, and overhead reaching.
• Must be able to wear steel-toed shoes and other PPE for 8-12 hours.

Pay Details: $16.80 to $18.40 per hour
