Sodexo is seeking a customer-focused and results-driven Retail Manager lead retail food operations at UPH St. Luke's located in Cedar Rapids, IA. This position leads the day-to-day operations of the hospital caf and retail food services, including grab-and-go options, with a focus on delivering exceptional service, maintaining operational excellence, and creating a positive dining experience for all guests.

SodexoMagic is the joint venture partnership between NBA Hall of Famer, Earvin "Magic" Johnson and Sodexo. What You'll Do

• Manage all retail operations including catering for the hospital
• Motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline staff and supervisors
• Interact with customers, hospital staff, and visitors to ensure customer satisfaction
• Oversee cash handing processes and POS programming and maintenance
• Maintain all product merchandising, marketing and ordering standards are in place
• Coordinate department safety and sanitation
