AI Business Strategist

The AI Business Strategist will be a key member of the Outcomes Team, responsible for driving the AI strategy and innovation within the organization. This role requires a visionary leader with strong thought leadership, foresight, and the ability to bring differentiated solutions to market. The AI Business Strategist will work closely with capabilities and industry SMEs to ensure the successful delivery of AI-driven solutions and the growth of the AI pipeline.

What Youll Do

• Develop and execute AI strategies that align with the organizations goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with capabilities and industry SMEs to bring compelling and differentiated AI solutions to market.
• Engage in senior-level conversations with clients, focusing on early-stage discussions and complex deals.
• Enable the rest of the organization to sell and deliver AI solutions by providing guidance and support.
• Participate in speaking engagements and industry events to promote the organizations brand and message.
• Drive the growth of the AI pipeline by originating new opportunities and creating buzz around AI solutions.
• Maintain a low utilization rate (10-15%) to stay relevant and close feedback loops with clients.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $153,000 to $257,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend on an individuals skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
