Full-Time On-Call RN Opportunities – Community Hospice (Evening & Night Shifts)

St. Peter’s Health Partners – Community Hospice is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) who are looking for meaningful work outside of the traditional bedside setting. Join our Hospice Care Team and make a difference in the lives of patients and families in their homes during evening and overnight hours.

🕒 Current Openings :

Night Shift (12am–8am, 5 days per week- includes every other weekend rotation) :

• Albany Area – 1 Full-Time Position
• Saratoga / Washington / Montgomery Counties – 1 Full-Time Position

Evening Shift (4pm–12am, 5 days per week- includes every other weekend rotation) :

💰 Pay Range : $35.00–$47.75 / hour Based on experience, skills, education, and location. FLSA-exempt positions will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
