We are seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenens assignment in West Virginia, starting Jan 5, 2026. This 84-day opportunity features a 7 on / 7 off schedule with 16-hour overnight shifts from 4pm to 8am, providing care in a NICU environment.

Responsibilities and Duties
Deliver advanced neonatal care in a NICU settingManage and monitor critically ill newbornsPerform assessments, develop care plans, and oversee treatmentCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomesRespond to emergencies and provide stabilization as neededMaintain accurate patient documentationAdhere to all clinical protocols and standardsAdditional Information
Must hold an active West Virginia licenseNeonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) board certification requiredBasic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications requiredExperience in Level 3 NICU environments strongly preferredBenefits
