Key Responsibilities :
Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to develop winning case strategies.Draft and review legal documents, including discovery, pleadings, motions, and contracts.Represent clients in court proceedings from inception to appeal.Maintain effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues.Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to team success.Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and emerging legal trends.Qualifications :
Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.Active membership in the California State Bar.3-5 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably including insurance defense.Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and oral communication abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Commitment to providing exceptional client service.Experience in law enforcement defense is a plus.
