Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to develop winning case strategies.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including discovery, pleadings, motions, and contracts.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings from inception to appeal.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to team success.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and emerging legal trends.
  • Qualifications :

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the California State Bar.
  • 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably including insurance defense.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional client service.
  • Experience in law enforcement defense is a plus.
