JOB DESCRIPTION

The Lead HVAC Technician will be responsible for performing water heater installations, AC Tune-ups, diagnosing, repairing and installation of HVAC packaged units and split systems according to EPA regulations and program specifications. Will also provide hands on training for new and existing HVAC Technicians.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR LEAD HVAC TECHNICIAN

• Must have HVAC or HVAC / R certificate
• Must have EPA II or EPA Universal
• Have 4-5 years of prior heating and cooling experience is preferred
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform typical tasks associated with repairing and installing heating and cooling systems.
• Must have a valid drivers license and a good driving record.
• Candidate must be able to pass a background check
• Work Monday through Friday
