Responsibilities
- Provides direct strategic partnership to Director of Area Operations (DAO) and District Managers (DM). Partners with business leaders to identify needs, analyzes metrics, and adjusts strategy to support business objectives. Collaborates in implementation of Human Resources tactics and programs for assigned area(s) and division.
- Pains with DAO to design, develop, and execute comprehensive staffing strategies to attract, select, and retain high‑potential talent while maintaining optimal staffing levels. Builds sustainable talent pipelines and reduces turnover through data‑driven workforce planning.
- Facilitates succession and bench‑planning sessions. Collaborates with leaders on employee development and bench planning decisions, and assists with development plans for key talent.
- Consults with leaders to promote a work environment consistent with Company values. Manages investigation process for employment‑related claims and ensures compliance with employment laws. Provides information on benefits, compensation, training, and Human Resources programs.
- Leads implementation of employee‑facing HR programs, interprets policies, supports compensation, benefits, engagement surveys, leadership assessments, training. Owns analysis and delivery of human‑capital data for the assigned territory on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Qualifications
B.S. or B.A. in Business, Human Resources Management, or related field and 3‑5 years of Human Resources experience.In‑depth knowledge of recruiting / sourcing, succession planning, employee development, employee relations, and EEO administration.Understanding of labor laws and leave of absence, workers' compensation requirements.Strong communication, organizational, planning, and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to influence business partners and handle confidential information.Independent decision maker able to manage various activities from remote locations.Experience in classroom training, talent development, multi‑location environments, and a professional designation such as PHR is desirable.Location & Travel
Expected to perform work primarily at Wendy’s Restaurants or other field locations. Remote work possible when not at a location. Travel up to 50% may be required.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range : $77,000 – $131,000 annually.Base salary is determined by internal equity, budget, and experience.Target annual bonus is 10% of base salary.Benefits include parental leave, free employee assistance program sessions, 401(k) match, and other rewards.
