Profee Surgical Coder (Hybrid | Wickenburg, AZ)

💲 Up to $32 / hr | Contract-to-Hire

Schedule :

  • M–Th : 7 AM–3 : 30 PM onsite (remote 6 : 30–4 : 30 PM)
  • Fridays work from home
  • First 30 days onsite for training, then hybrid (1–2x / month onsite)

Role Overview :

Seeking an experienced Profee Surgical Coder to support a growing team adding six new providers. This role includes coding for Orthopedics, Trauma, Urology, General Surgery, Endocrinology, Podiatry, Plastics, Pain Management, Cardiology, and Anesthesia , plus some denial work.

Requirements :

  • AAPC or AHIMA certification required
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work in a close-knit, drama-free environment
  • Must be able to commute onsite as needed

  • System : TruBridge EMR
  • Equipment : Client-provided
  • Hours : 20–32 hrs / week initially → full-time (40 hrs)
