MedCare Staffing is seeking a Board-Certified Otolaryngologist (ENT) for a solo, hospital-employed practice located in Andalusia, Alabama. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ENT physician to establish a successful practice in a growing community with a robust referral network. The ideal candidate will be comfortable practicing independently and motivated to build a strong patient base.

• Light call schedule – 10 days per month with only one required weekend
• Competitive compensation aligned with MGMA median or above, plus quarterly bonus potential
