SECRETARY - Part-Time

Responsibilities : Under the general supervision of the immediate supervisor(s) : (1) Provide secretarial services, with specific instructions, using College Standard software and associated peripherals :

Organizational Relationships : Responsible to the immediate supervisor(s) for performance of assigned responsibilities.

Performance Standards : Performance in this position is considered satisfactory when : (1) responsibilities of the position have been carried out at a level that ensures efficient and effective support to all people she / he supports.

Qualification : (1) Education : (a) high school graduate; (b) any combination of training or experience which would facilitate the performance of the above responsibilities. (2) Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities : (a) proficient in College standard software including knowledge of MSWord / Excel / Access software, accurate keyboarding; (b) excellent interpersonal skills with a high degree of confidentiality required; c) ability to prioritize, multi-task and organize work; (d) good oral and written communication skills; (e) ability to understand and follow oral or written instructions. (3) Experience : Minimum 1 year of related experience.
