OMNI is seeking a highly skilled Insider Threat & Anti-Terrorism Specialist to provide comprehensive security and risk management support in alignment with Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal requirements. The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge of Insider Threat program management (ISC), Anti-Terrorism / Force Protection (AT / FP), and related mission assurance disciplines. This position involves direct coordination with government agencies to develop, implement, and assess security strategies that safeguard personnel, facilities, and operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Insider Threat Program Support :

• Develop, implement, and maintain Insider Threat policies and procedures in accordance with DoD and ISC guidelines.
• Apply a comprehensive understanding of ISC and DoD security frameworks to assess program compliance and identify risks.
• Analyze organizational processes, collect data, and prepare detailed reports and recommendations for leadership.
• Collaborate across physical security, personnel security, and information protection disciplines to ensure integrated threat management.
• Conduct incident assessments, develop investigation reports, and track mitigation efforts.
• Utilize strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess vulnerabilities and propose mitigation strategies.
