Osprey Express Inc. is actively recruiting reliable and dedicated Delivery Drivers to manage last-mile delivery and pickup routes in partnership with FedEx Ground. If you are focused, customer-oriented, and ready for a rewarding career path, we encourage you to apply!

  • MAXIMIZED EARNINGS : We are entering our peak delivery season! This offers motivated drivers the opportunity to take on additional routes and shifts, significantly increasing their take-home pay during this critical and busy time of year.
  • Company Vehicle & Paid Fuel : Upon successful completion of your 90-day onboarding, all work-related driving will be conducted in a company vehicle with all fuel costs covered. This benefit is designed to save you significant money and time by eliminating personal vehicle wear-and-tear and fuel expenses associated with the job.
  • Scheduling Flexibility : This opportunity is available for both Full-Time and Part-Time commitments.

Core Responsibilities

  • Execute daily delivery and package pickup routes accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation.
  • Maintain precise inventory logs of all packages and materials.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products, prioritizing superior customer service.

    • Required Qualifications

  • Age and Record : Must be 21 years old with a clean driving record (no more than one minor moving violation).
  • Experience : Previous experience in delivery driving, customer service, or related logistics fields is highly valued.
  • Physical Ability : Must be capable of handling a physical workload (lifting, carrying, walking).
  • Dedication : Strong adherence to deadlines and commitment to a deadline-oriented schedule.
