Job Description

Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.

Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain schedules and budgets.

Resolve construction issues promptly to avoid project delays.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to standards.

Prepare and submit daily reports on project progress, materials used, and labor hours.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Mentor and guide team members to enhance productivity and professional growth.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have :

• 3+ years managing commercial construction with General Contractor
• Proven experience in the construction field within the property industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and resources effectively.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex construction challenges.
• Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
