Seeking an psychiatrist to provide inpatient care at a new 16-bed psychiatric unit serving an underserved adult population in San Diego County.

• Focus on delivering collaborative, high-quality mental health care within a fast-paced environment.
• Opportunity to work with high-risk populations across various care settings, with access to multiple outpatient and subacute programs for coordinated treatment.
• Flexible full-time or part-time schedule, including weekday and weekend shifts, with on-call hours and holiday pay.
• Requirements include active California Medical & DEA licenses and Medicare / Medi-Cal eligibility; no recruiters or visa candidates.
• Compensation ranges from $1,750 to $1,785 per day , with malpractice insurance provided.
