Job Description

The Line Therapist, under the direction of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), is responsible for providing intensive on-site implementation of the interventions as identified in the treatment plan, recording of data and reporting progress / concerns to the Board Certified Behavior Analyst as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provide direct therapy in individual sessions
• Complete regular case notes as required
• Work under the direction of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and where appropriate, other providers to implement individualized goals and checklists
• Implement individualized treatment plan as written and directed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• Maintain data as instructed with in Electronic Health Record
• Maintain respect and confidentiality for all children and families
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies as directed by supervisors
• Maintain and protect the well-being of all children
