About The Position

Description :

All therapy / rehab traveler start dates will be booked 6 weeks out to provide time to process credentialing and onboarding requirements.

All travelers will be granted temporary privileges through the credentialing team.

Human resources will reach out to the traveler directly alongside our compliance team throughout the onboarding process to collect these requirements.

Placements will be required to submit specific requirements within 1 week of signing.

These documents are required for the credentialing application, and failure to complete these timely could result in a pushed start date.

Documentation required includes date of birth, social security number, resume, transcript or diploma, education verification, and a minimum of 3 references (2 from peers and 1 from a department chair).

This position involves a combination of inpatient and outpatient work.

The schedule consists of 40 hours per week, including 10 hours for inpatient needs and 30 hours for outpatient services.

Floating between different locations is required.

The role requires experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

A 30-minute lunch is required daily.

You will be required to work every third weekend and 4 hours every 3rd Saturday.

1st time travelers are accepted.

Candidates are expected to float within the organization as needed.

The specific patient age groups include adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.

Acute care and treatment skills are essential for this position.

Candidates must plan ahead to avoid scheduling conflicts during the credentialing process.

Background initiation and compliance documentation must be completed within the designated timeframe.

Failure to provide required documents timely could lead to a delayed start date.

A high level of commitment and professionalism is expected in this role.
