Responsibilities :

• Provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients, promoting mental health and overall well-being.
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify individuals' needs and appropriate interventions.
• Utilize standardized assessment tools to gather relevant information.
• Collaborate with individuals, families, and the treatment team to create individualized treatment plans.
• Set measurable goals tailored to each individual's unique needs.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Implement techniques to address a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Maintain consistent contact with individuals on your caseload, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately within established timeframes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide holistic care.
• Participate in treatment team meetings to discuss progress and strategies.
• Offer immediate support during crisis situations and develop safety plans as needed.
• Engage in community outreach to promote our mental health services and attract new clients.
• Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in therapy.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to resolve inquiries and concerns.
