Responsibilities :
- Provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients, promoting mental health and overall well-being.
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify individuals' needs and appropriate interventions.
- Utilize standardized assessment tools to gather relevant information.
- Collaborate with individuals, families, and the treatment team to create individualized treatment plans.
- Set measurable goals tailored to each individual's unique needs.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Implement techniques to address a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
- Maintain consistent contact with individuals on your caseload, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately within established timeframes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide holistic care.
- Participate in treatment team meetings to discuss progress and strategies.
- Offer immediate support during crisis situations and develop safety plans as needed.
- Engage in community outreach to promote our mental health services and attract new clients.
- Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in therapy.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to resolve inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications :
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field is required.State-Specific Requirements :Minimum of two years' experience working with children and / or families, including internships.Must be eligible for licensure as a LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or ALC (Alabama).Minimum of two years' experience working with children and / or families, including internships.Must be eligible for licensure as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW (Georgia, Mississippi).Minimum of one year experience with children and / or families, including internships.Must hold associate license as LCSWA or LCMHCA (North Carolina).Minimum of two years' experience with children and / or families, including internships.Must hold license as LMSW, LMFT, or LPCA (South Carolina).Minimum of two years' experience with children and / or families, including internships.Must be eligible for licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW (Tennessee).Be Well with HCA :
