Order Fulfillment Specialist

Join our dynamic team as an Order Fulfillment Specialist where you will play a key role in our startup warehouse. You will be responsible for accurately pulling, cutting, and packaging spools of stock cable based on daily pick sheets. This role requires attention to detail and a willingness to contribute to various tasks as our location expands.

Responsibilities :

• Receive and interpret daily pick sheets to pull and cut stock cable accurately.
• Load the required length of cable onto a blank spool.
• Package finished spools using shrink wrap as needed.
• Mark the remaining stock on the spool when returning it to inventory.
• Assist in various other warehouse tasks as needed.

Work Environment :

Work in a very large warehouse setting with a small team of about 4 people. The environment is non-air-conditioned, requiring adaptability and resilience.

Job Type & Location :

This is a contract to hire position based out of Houston, TX.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
