The FSA Cost Model Leader is a key member of the Product Management Team supporting the global installed fleet and new unit sales. This role is responsible for driving executing and innovating the entire Services FSA cost model methodology.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Led the team responsible for owning developing and applying the Wind Services cost model across the Services organization from ITO to the end of the service contract term.
- Identify opportunities for improvements / productivity in the Wind Services cost model driving the ideas into the Services multi-generation product plan (MGPP) with the Product Managers.
- Own the Services cost modeling methodology working closely with Finance Services Engineering and Product Management to drive improvements to methods that improve modeling capability.
- Provide support to contract performance managers (CPMs) and Commercial team for completion of Margin Reviews SI & II Analysis and supporting analysis.
- Serve as an expert in modeling development execution and problem solving for cost modeling methods. Act as the modeling expert resource for contract terms conditions technology business rules and related accounting principles.
- Improve Margin Review Process by driving recommending and implementing positive change to the modeling tool and process information; works to build consensus.
- Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering business or related discipline7 years of relevant engineering product management or commercial experience3 years of relevant leadership experienceEligibility Requirements

The base pay range for this position is $134000 - $223400 USD Annual.
The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety offactors including the candidates experience education and skill set. This position is also eligible for15% performance bonus / variable incentive compensation / equity.
The company pays a geographic differential of 110% 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.This posting is expected to close on October 31 2025 or when suitable candidate identified.
