Leads and performs the duties of a Banker II and directly manages 1-5 bankers assigned to the branch. Serves as the bank's leader when the Bank or Market Manager is out of the branch. Works collaboratively with the Teller Supervisor and Bankers to ensure sales, service, operational, and financial goals are met or exceeded. Directs the day-to-day sales activities of the office, aiming to acquire new consumer and small business households, cross-sell to existing customers, and uncover new business opportunities. Establishes full-relationship with customers, consistently exceeding expectations by meeting a broad range of financial needs and pursuing 100% of each customer's business. Demonstrates all customer channels, including digital capabilities. Leads by example in goal attainment. Must master the sales process, operational procedures, policies, and exercise sound judgment. Conducts observations, provides feedback, coaching, and supervises colleagues in the absence of the Market Manager.

This position requires a credit check per 12 CFR Chapter X, Part 1026, Truth in Lending, Regulation Z. AMII positions will be deployed to select branches based on need and opportunity, identified as "spoke" locations.

Operates in full compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulations such as Bank Secrecy Act / Anti-Money Laundering and S.A.F.E. Act. Must submit required information to meet registry requirements, obtain a unique identifier, and maintain registration as directed by the S.A.F.E. Act.

This person will also :

• Assist customers with banking transactions, identify and service customer needs, and resolve issues.
• Identify, expand, and deepen customer relationships.
• Ensure new accounts are processed properly and cross-sell opportunities are pursued.
• Refer customers to appropriate lines of business.
• Provide exceptional customer service by efficiently processing transactions.
• Coach and develop bankers to reach performance objectives.
• Collaborate on scheduling, hiring, performance, and audits.
• Monitor and train on operating procedures and compliance.
• Proactively prospect at in-store locations.
