Manager, Clinical Operations

RESPONSIBLE FOR : The Manager of Clinical Operations works with nursing leadership to support clinical initiatives identified at the system, entity, and department levels. The Manager of Clinical Operations collaborates with the Chief Nursing Officer and / or Chief Operating Officer, department directors and managers, physicians, and other hospital and system leadership, using Quality and Process Improvement methods.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED : Graduate of a Nursing program.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : Three (3) years of nursing experience in a hospital (inpatient roles) or clinical (outpatient roles) setting, including at least one (1) year of relevant leadership experience required.

MINIMUM LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW : Current nursing licensure in the state of Georgia with active, unrestricted license.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS : Demonstration of project management skills is required. Bachelors degree preferred.
