We are currently hiring a Registered Nurse Supervisor for our 7am-3pm shift. Come join our team!\n\nRN Supervisor Job Summary : \n\nThe Registered Nurse supervisor will oversee day-to-day nursing activities in the facility, including developing work assignments, ensuring sufficient staffing and maintaining good working rapport.\n\nRN Supervisor Responsibilities : \n\n
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.\n\n
- Ensure that direct nursing care is provided by a licensed nurse, a certified nursing assistant, and / or a nurse aide trainee qualified to perform the procedure\n\n
- Ensure that all RNs and LPNs on your shift comply with written procedures for the administration, storage, and control of medications and supplies.\n\n
- Provide leadership training that includes the administrative and supervisory principles essential for your Charge Nurses.\n\n
- Ensure that nursing service personnel follow established infection control procedures when isolation precautions become necessary.\n\nBenefits : ( applies to 24 hours or more, Full-Time only)\n\n

- Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university and be a graduate of a Connecticut approved RN program.\n\n
- Must possess a current certification as a Nurses Aide.\n\n
- Be able to speak and write the English language in an understandable manner.\n\n
