Facility Manager
This manages the day-to-day operations of the facility. This position is responsible for ensuring each department works collaboratively to ensure an optimal client experience. This position interfaces with each department by using effective communication and problem-solving skills to improve internal systems and operations.
Position Responsibilities
- Greets and welcomes visitors, vendors, and clients in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Arranges and schedules all clinical, care management and medical appointments for clients; ensures appointment cards are properly distributed.
- Serves as an internal liaison connecting with and facilitating connection among various departments for client needs.
- Ensures that the facility is clean and well kept.
- Maintains reception / lobby area so that it is clean, inviting, and appropriate for new clients, families, and vendors.
- Conducts daily facility walk throughs to ensure cleanliness and communicate with appropriate staff any issues.
- Manages inventory processes.
- Attends morning daily morning meetings and prepare daily schedules, mornings reports, and emails.
- Manages incoming packages and mail to include client belonging drop offs and ensure mail / packages are routed to the appropriate party.
- Performs daily chart audits to ensure accuracy with documentation.
- Manages all incoming calls, text messages, voicemails and distributes appropriately.
- Manages the client discharge process.
- Collaborates with business development team members to schedule tours of community partners.
- Collaborates with the RCM department to collect client payments, reconcile purchasing cards, support billing census, and manage petty cash account.
- Supports Family Programming by confirming family attendance and conveying appropriate program expectations.
- Supports community outreach initiatives.

Can be relied upon to be at work as scheduled and is rarely absent from work, notifying the supervisor if absent.Reads, understands, and adheres to all company policy statements on ethics, conduct, and conflict of interests; adheres to facility policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.Maintains positive attitude and acts as a team player with others on the team.Attends and completes all trainings within assigned time frames as required by the facility.Performs other activities as requested, assumes other appropriate operational responsibilities as necessary.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Education and Experience
Position requires a High School degree or equivalent in combined education and experience, bachelors degree preferred, and a minimum of two years of administrative experience in a behavioral health setting. Must have knowledge of behavioral health terminology. Experience working with physicians and therapist, strongly preferred.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to communicate with peers / general public, clients and / or vendors.Job performance will require the ability to move throughout the building as well as sit or remain stationary for extended periods of time.While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to talk or hear, sit, stand, walk, reach, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, taste or smell.Ability to move 25 pounds.Other Requirements
Position requires incumbent to have a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance and acceptable driving record.Clearance of TB test.Current CPR and First Aid certification.Skill Competencies
