The primary purpose is of this job position is to provide direct care for our residents on assisted living with their activities of daily living under the supervision of the charge nurse.

Essential Job Duties :

• Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising.
• Transfers, transports and escorts residents as needed.
• Changes bed linens, makes beds and keeps rooms clean and orderly.
• Reports and records observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures.
• Answers signal lights promptly.
