Job Overview :

Wilson Contracting Services LLC is seeking a skilled Underground Utility Foreman to lead pipe crews on water, sewer, and storm drain installations throughout the North Texas region. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who knows utility installation inside and out - from reading civil drawings to ensuring trench safety and production goals. You'll report to a project superintendent or project manager and serve as the primary point of contact for your crew on the ground.This is a long-term opportunity for a field leader ready to grow with a team that values accountability, craftsmanship, and crew safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a crew installing water, sanitary sewer, and storm drain utilities.
• Interpret civil drawings, alignments, profiles, and pipe layouts accurately.
• Set grades, verify elevations, and confirm installation complies with specifications.
• Coordinate daily crew assignments, equipment use, and material needs.
• Work directly in the field and assist the crew when necessary.
• Enforce trench safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Track quantities installed and report progress to the superintendent or PM.
• Communicate with inspectors to ensure installations pass all inspections.
