This position will be based onsite at our Las Vegas, Nevada site location.
Your Responsibilities :
Respond to inquiries, issues, and concerns from developers regarding their submitted apps.Provide innovative solutions to various questions and challenges.Engage with developers through email and chat to address their needs.Calmly de-escalate any issues that arise.Simplify complex issues to create clear summaries for communication with app developers.Conduct detailed research with a high level of attention to detail.Demonstrate expert communication skills, with the ability to proofread and review documents for publication.Maintain and curate information effectively.Multitask while making informed decisions.Master Play Store policies and empathize with app developers.What We're Looking For :
Must be able to work 100% onsite.Bachelor's degree or 2 years relevant work experience.Strong written communication skills complemented by analytical and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with Google Developer Platforms (Play Store, Chrome Web Store).Experience using Google Suite.Understanding of technical concepts and terminology (APIs, APK, ARM, Bootloader, Doze, Fragmentation, NFC).Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Must pass skills assessment and all subsequent interviews.Over 18 years of age.Eligible to work in the U.S.Typing speed of at least 25 wpm.Comfortable with desktop computer systems.Key Competencies :
