This CDL A driving job is built for drivers who want steady miles and a predictable weekly schedule. The position runs long-haul refrigerated freight with consistent dispatch, allowing drivers to stay productive without constantly changing routes or sitting between loads. Weekly home time keeps the schedule balanced while still offering strong mileage.

Freight is primarily temperature-controlled and runs nationwide. Loads are 100% no-touch, with a mix of drop and hook and live load depending on the lane. Routes are planned to keep drivers moving while still getting home regularly. This fleet focuses on long-haul runs to maintain steady pay each week.

Drivers operate late-model tractors with automatic transmissions pulling refrigerated trailers. Equipment is serviced on a regular schedule to help prevent downtime. Many trucks include inverters and modern sleeper cabs for driver comfort. Safe parking at home may be approved, or trucks can be kept at designated locations when needed.

Weekly pay ranges from $1,300–$1,500 based on miles and experience. Some fleets offer weekly guarantee pay along with bonus opportunities. Additional earnings may include detention pay, layover pay, and stop pay. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off after eligibility.

Requirements: Applicants must have a valid Class A CDL, at least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience, be 21 years of age or older, meet DOT requirements, and pass background and drug screening.
