We are a small ABA-owned business in the area focusing on high quality services for our clients of all ages in home, school, and community as well as a highly collaborative and supportive team. We are currently hiring a BCBA in the Riverview, FL area for either a full time or part time position. These clients would be primarily in home and school and some sessions are in the community. We also do have RBT's for these clients. We offer competitive pay, paid mileage, company tablet / electronic billing / scheduling / data collection, health insurance, and PTO

Requirements :
Education, Training, and Experience :
Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)Previous experience working with children, adolescents, and / or adults with various special needs.Skills and Abilities to :
Exhibit professional behavior by attending all therapy sessions and meetings on time according to scheduleUnderstand behavioral situations and react accordingly in an ethical mannerPerform general clerical duties including maintain accurate client records and preparing clear and concise reportsCommunicate effectively with a diverse group of clients, parents / caregivers, BCBAs, other ABBA employees, school personnel, etc.Job Duties :
Manage implementation and oversight of client programmingConduct Functional Behavior AssessmentsProvide quality and ethical training and supervision to RBT’s and BCaBA’sProvide direct behavioral services to clients in a variety of environments (e.g., client’s home, school, community, etc.)Provide parent training and supportConduct behavioral and skills assessments and design treatment programsMaintain client data, graphs, and daily progress notesAdditional Job Requirements :
Successful completion of fingerprinting and criminal history L2 background checkProvide I9 and W9 updated formsMaintain CEU’s and BCBA certificationAbility to lift a minimum of 25 lbsBasic Life Support CPR / AED trainingAdhere to ethics
