About The Position

Cat Scan Technologist (CT Tech)

Location : Morristown Medical Center Morristown, NJ

Pay Rate : $105 / hour (overtime, call, and holiday rotation opportunities available)

Shifts Available : Multiple day, evening, and overnight shifts

About the Role

Atlantic Health is seeking skilled Cat Scan Technologists to join the imaging team at Morristown Medical Center. In this role, you ll provide high-quality diagnostic imaging while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and care excellence. You ll work closely with physicians and healthcare professionals in a supportive, collaborative environment where your expertise makes a direct impact on patient outcomes.

What You ll Do

Perform CT scans and ensure images are accurate and timely.

Prepare patients and explain procedures, maintaining dignity and privacy.

Monitor patients before, during, and after contrast injections.

Maintain sterile fields, equipment, and adequate stock of supplies.

Communicate effectively with physicians and nursing staff.

Support emergent cases (Code Grey, Trauma) with immediate image processing.

Adhere to quality standards, HIPAA compliance, and safety protocols.

What We re Looking For

High School Diploma or GED required.

Completion of an accredited Radiography program.

Current ARRT (R) & ARRT (CT) certification.

Active NJDEP New Jersey State X-Ray License .

Current BLS Certification .

Strong communication skills, professionalism, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting.
